Child Care Subsidy – VA Programs: Under Public Law 107-67, Sec. 630, qualifying VA employees are eligible for funds to assist with childcare expenses (center-based care and before/after care) for children under the age of 13. VA facilities within / near the ArchKCK are located in Leavenworth, Topeka, KCK, Lawrence, Platte City, St. Joseph, KCMO.
